Secure, personalized access to your claims and benefit information on your mobile device

As a Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi member, it's easier than ever to manage your benefit plan wherever you are with the myBlue mobile app. Available for both iPhone and Android devices, the myBlue mobile app includes many of the features from myBlue, as well as additional enhancements to help manage your benefits on-the-go. The app is available free of charge in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play store.

Now, mobile users with the Apple Wallet feature can now save a copy of their Virtual ID to Apple Wallet and email it as needed. Android users can still save a copy of their Virtual ID card to the image gallery on their device.

With the myBlue mobile app, you can:

• Keep your Virtual ID with you at all times by saving it to your Apple Wallet or Android image gallery.
• View 15 months of claims history as soon as they are paid.
• Find prescription drug information, including claims, co-pays and lower cost alternatives.
• Search for a Network Provider, map their location and call their office with one touch.
• Update your personal contact information.
• Locate a Community PLUS Network Pharmacy, including those open 24 hours.
• View the Healthy You! status of covered family members with My Wellness.

If you haven't registered for myBlue, you can quickly and easily register from the app's welcome screen. And if you need to recover your login information, just tap the "Trouble Logging In" link from the app homepage.
