Blue Care Group provides your employees with quality health and wellness coverage featuring customizable options you select based on your business needs.
Benefit Choice
Benefit Choice allows your small business to offer your employees a choice of several benefit plans while managing your investment. With Benefit Choice, you pay a defined amount of your employees' monthly premiums, and your employees select the benefit design that best fits their coverage needs from up to three plan options. Health savings account plans are also available with Benefit Choice.
Blue Health Savings
Blue Health Savings provides affordable coverage for your employees through a Health Savings Account (HSA) that gives them the ability to set aside tax-deductible HSA contributions and earn tax-free interest from investments, all while having the security of using the funds tax free when necessary for qualified medical expenses.
Electronic Communication
Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi’s Health & Wellness Benefit Plans are virtual/all electronic products. The Health & Wellness Benefit Plan and any summaries, benefit and claim information, identification card and explanations of benefit (EOB) are all available 24 hours a day, seven days a week through myBlue. With the convenience of online benefit and claims information, everything related to BCBSMS coverage is easily accessible without mail delay and expense.
