Spicy Turnip Greens
Yields: 6 servings Prep: 20 min
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pound turnip greens, chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Drizzle olive oil into a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until tender. Add turnip greens. Add water and red pepper flakes. Add more red pepper flakes, to taste.
Tip: Try adding sauteed bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition!
