Telephone and Email Support
While we encourage all of our providers to use electronic means to answer all routine questions, there are two groups of Provider Service Representatives that give provider service support via telephone and e-mail depending on the type of questions you may have.
EDI Support Staff
Questions about how to link with us electronically for electronic claims filing or to use our online information systems are handled by the EDI Support Staff. They can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling (601) 664-HELP or via e-mail at email@example.com.
Provider Service Call Center
All other questions that do not relate to electronic data interchange are handled by our Call Center. The Call Center is designed to handle non-routine inquiries that cannot be handled by our electronic information systems. These representatives can be reached Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling (601) 932-1122 or (800) 257-5825.
Provider Service Representatives
Provider service needs that cannot be met by electronic, telephone or email methods are handled by a team of Provider Service Coordinators that can visit the provider site upon request. These structured visits must be scheduled in advance by calling (601) 664-4258.
