Blue 65 Medigap Plans
For people 65 and over, we provide six options for Medicare Supplement coverage. By choosing Blue 65, you have the benefits of a nationally-recognized Blue Cross and Blue Shield ID card. We have guaranteed renewable coverage, and your initial rates are guaranteed for 12 months.
Applicants must be enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B, and be residents of Mississippi.

- Contact a Certified Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi Agent.
- Print a Blue 65 brochure and send in a completed application. You can also contact us at MedSupp@bcbsms.com to request information by mail.
