Find a healthcare provider for you

"Who is your primary care provider?"

That is an important question to answer.

By having a primary care provider, and establishing an ongoing relationship with them, you can have a trusted ally as you work to improve or maintain your health. Your provider can give you valuable advice, and knows your medical history and can best advise you on how to manage your health. Also, a visit to your provider's office when you are sick is a fraction of the cost of what a visit to the emergency room costs. A primary care provider can be in practices of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Obstetrics/Gynecology and Pediatrics. You can use our website to find a listing of providers with these specialties in your area. Also, ask your family, friends and coworkers for references. You want to chose a provider who you are comfortable with and takes the time to get to know you and can effectively meet your needs.

Click on the type of provider you want to find, or click on one of the other options below. Because networks can change daily, you need to check with your provider before you receive services to make sure your provider is a part of your network.

If you are not sure which networks are a part of your health plan, you can call a member of our Customer Service Team at 601-664-4590 or 1-800-942-0278, or the phone number on the back of your ID card, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you have group coverage through your employer, you can check with the group administrator, usually in the Human Resources Department.
