This information is updated daily. However, it is always a good idea to check with your healthcare providers before receiving services to make sure they participate in your health plan. If you are not sure which networks are a part of your health plan, you can call a member of our Customer Service team at (601) 664-4590 or 1-800-942-0278, or the phone number on the back of your ID card, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you have group coverage through your employer, you can check with the group administrator, usually in the Human Resources Department.
