Healthy Workplace

Our team will provide comprehensive diet, nutrition and lifestyle programs and be with you every step of the way during participation. We offer onsite counseling and activities to help engage your employees, along with additional resources and coaching where needed.

Our programs support all facets of health & wellness. They are designed to allow your employees to learn about multiple aspects of healthy living throughout the year with program length averaging about 12 weeks each.

  • be tobacco-free. Quitting smoking or other tobacco use is one of the best decisions you and your employees can make to be healthier. Our be tobacco-free programs provide your covered employees with the resources they need to quit the habit for good. We can also support you as you become a tobacco-free workplace.

  • be Rx-Smart. Give your employees the information they need to make wise choices when it comes to prescription drugs. With our be Rx-Smart programs, employees can learn ways to save money on prescription drugs or even eliminate the need for certain medications through lifestyle changes.
